Our client is a world class global organisation looking for financial auditors to join their international audit department. Based at its German headquarters, successful applicants will perform financial audits around the globe, gaining in depth knowledge of the various businesses. Audit is seen by the rest of the finance organisation as a talent pool from which future finance leaders are groomed and trained so they can emerge as the future finance leaders (CFO's).
Financial Auditor
Your responsibilities:
- Participation in EMEA and global audits with a special focus on risk, internal control and compliance
- Execution of high level IFRS audits
- Close co-operation with various internal departments and external partners
Your profile
- Outstanding relevant education and qualifications, eg CPA, ACCA, CA, ACA, etc
- Rapid career advancement in a Big 4 or comparable audit or professional services firm
- Extensive experience within demanding international industrial organisations
- Broad knowledge of IFRS, as well as specialist expertise in areas such as POC, revenue recognition or IAS 39
- Fluency in English (working knowledge of other languages is advantageous)
- High levels of self-motivation and enthusiasm
- Compelling communication and presentation skills
- Exceptional client service mindset, with a persuasive, direct approach
- Willingness to travel up to 80%
Manager Financial Audit
Your responsibilities:
- Managing EMEA and global audits with a special focus on risk, internal control and compliance
- Execution of high level IFRS audits
- Close co-operation with various internal departments and external partners
- Continuous development of all internal processes for financial audit
Your profile
- Outstanding relevant education and qualifications, eg CPA, ACCA, CA, ACA etc
- Rapid career advancement, followed by a number of successful years as a manager in a Big 4 or comparable audit or professional services firm
- Extensive experience within demanding international industrial organisations
- Broad knowledge of IFRS, as well as specialist expertise in areas such as POC, revenue recognition or IAS 39
- Fluency in English (working knowledge of other languages is advantageous)
- High levels of self-motivation and enthusiasm
- Compelling communication and presentation skills
- Exceptional client service mindset, with a persuasive, direct approach
- Willingness to travel up to 80%
